Shipping
We ship anywhere in the U.S. with Fedex Ground, Priority Mail, Fedex 2nd Day Air, or Fedex Next Day Air services. We do NOT ship to Canada or other countries.
Shipping Information:
We are located in New York State.
1. Standard Shipping Information
(2-7 weekdays) Cost = $9.99 ($2.00 more for a delivery signature).
Standard shipping is NOT guaranteed. We can't refund shipping for late STANDARD deliveries. If you need the package delivered within a specific timeframe, choose a 2nd Weekday option. Fedex does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
2. AIR OPTIONS
A. 2-Day Air $17.95 - $21.95 per order ($2.00 more for a delivery signature) Delivers 2nd WEEKDAY AFTER day shipped (no Sat-Sun). E.g., if it ships Thursday, will arrive by end of day Monday.
B. Next Day Air $25.95 - $29.45 per order ($2.00 more for a delivery signature) Delivers NEXT WEEKDAY AFTER day shipped (no Sat-Sun). E.g., if it ships Thursday, will arrive by end of day Friday. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
Fedex AIR REFUNDS
Fedex does not refund late air deliveries in the following conditions: WEATHER delays, or if Fedex needs a SIGNATURE & no one is present to sign for it.
Attention NYS customers shipping to NYS:
We are a NYS business. If you are a NYS resident shipping to NYS, you will be charged NYS sales tax.
Important: You will briefly see two entries on your credit card account. The first is an authorization only (NOT a charge) for the amount of the order only, with no sales tax added. The second entry is the actual charge once sales tax has been calculated for your area. It does NOT mean you have been charged twice.
Most orders received by 1pm Eastern time ship the same day.
Responsibility for lost or stolen shipments
We consider ourselves responsible for loss or damage to your shipment up to the point where it is scanned as delivered by the carrier (generally the United States Postal Service).
Unfortunately, we just can't be responsible for the safety and security of your front porch or wherever else your mail is delivered.
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing after it has been delivered, we will not be able to refund your money. Thanks for your understanding.

Return Policy
Please email info@prettywomangiftshop.com with the return reason to get a RMA number BEFORE sending out any returns and exchanges.
Item must be returned in original condition and the buyer is responsible for the return postage fee.
Note that shipping fee is not refundable.
All items returned in original condition within 30 days of the shipment date.
Return item have to be mail back:
1. Pack the items along with a copy of your receipt securely in a box.
2. Affix a shipping label with your return address to the outside of the box.
